Sequoia Blue Arts is all about giving children the opportunity to create and explore the arts.
I love guiding children along a path, whether it be a directed drawing, an interesting technique or a new medium, and seeing where they take it and how they make it their own.
I find that if you supply kids with good materials…quality paintbrushes, thick watercolor paper, acrylic paints, oil pastels, along with a lot of support and encouragement…it’s just amazing what they can do. They get excited about the process and are thrilled with their results. They become young artists!
